How do I get my promo code and how do I use it?

ArdentPlanners is offering free shipping when you spend $50. There's no promo code. Free shipping is added to your cart automatically when your order reaches $50 (excludes tax). Hooray!

Will ink bleed through the paper?

We use 70# paper on all of our products. It feels so good to the touch. Pencil, traditional ballpoint pen ink, gel pens, Flair medium & fine tip felt markers, and highlighters have been tested and have minimal to no bleed-though with normal use.

However, we recognize that some products have more saturated ink. For instance, in testing, Sharpie markers have moderate bleed-through.

Additionally, the user could be heavy-handed with markers, which could create bleed-through.

We always recommend testing markers and ink in an inconspicuous area before use.

What is your return policy?

ArdentPlanners.com accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your product. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging, along with the shipping receipt that includes the order number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

On rare occasions, items may be damaged or flawed during shipping or manufacturing. Please take a photo of the damage. To request a replacement, send us an email, along with the photo(s) of the damage, to [email protected]. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

Are your products made in the United States?

Our family of planners, covers, and inserts are designed in Ohio and printed in Utah. Other items available for sale our our website may be sourced from the USA or all over the world.

Some of the pictures show a solid gray reversible cover. Is this item currently for sale?

The gray cover has been recently updated to a fabulous design that is a part of the Graceful Granite cover set.
